Cottage Renovation

This brief called for an artist’s space that would take advantage of the impressive sea views to the south east and, rural views to the north west, together with additional bedroom accommodation.

A two storey extension of similar proportions to the existing road side cottage provides a large open plan space at first floor and additional bedrooms beneath, along with a glazed link to the existing cottage.

The full scale of architectural services were provided and construction work was completed by Mr. George Corcoran building contractor.
